SITEMAP

Find your way around Willow.

Willow is an English-language editorial library about natural health and vitality for men after 30. This page lists every section of the site, explains what each one contains and suggests where to begin depending on what you are curious about today.

The library is organised in three layers. The first layer is the editorial core: who we are, the principles behind our writing and the guides and articles that put those principles into practice. The second layer is the set of topic pages for food, movement, sleep, stress and relationships. The third layer is the practical and legal material, including the glossary, resources, frequently asked questions, contact details and every policy that governs the site.

Three ways into the library

Each group below is a short route through the site. Every link opens a page that is written for general information and does not replace advice from a qualified professional.

The table lists all 24 pages of the site in a single view. The final column shows the type of content so that you can tell an editorial page from a reference page or a policy at a glance. All pages were last reviewed in October 2026.

Where to begin, depending on your question

If you are unsure which page to open first, the short lists below match common starting points to the most relevant part of the library.

If you want background

  • Read About Willow to learn who writes the library and why it exists.
  • Open Principles to see how we phrase evidence and uncertainty.
  • Visit the editorial policy for sourcing, review and correction practices.
  • Use the glossary whenever a term is unfamiliar.

If you want something practical

  • Open the guide library and choose one small experiment for the week.
  • Download a note-taking idea from Resources before an appointment.
  • Browse the journal for explainers on energy, food and recovery.
  • Visit a topic page such as sleep or movement.

A site map is a small act of courtesy. It tells a reader what exists, where it lives and what to expect before a single page is opened, so that nobody has to guess which link might hold the answer.

Navigation questions

Is there a search function?

Not at present. The directory above, the topic pages and the glossary are intended to cover the whole library. If you cannot find something, send a short note through the contact page and we will point you to the right page.

Why are the policies listed separately?

Policies describe how the website works rather than what the articles say. Keeping them together makes it simpler to review privacy, cookies, accessibility and editorial practice in one place.

How often does the structure change?

The structure is reviewed at the same time as the editorial calendar, usually every few months. When a page is added or retired, this directory is updated and the review month is changed.
